At Spring BodyTalk we understand that when faced with stress, the mind has no choice but to develop strategies for safety and survival. Often this looks like anxiety, depression, addictions, burnout, & overwhelm. We also understand that our experience of these mental states cannot change without addressing the underlying factors, and the underlying factors cannot change when the mind is stressed and overwhelmed. Its a nasty feedback loop that feels impossible to break, doesn't it? Breaking the fear response cycle can only happen when the mind feels safe, calm and curious. That's our first priority at Spring BodyTalk and we have a variety of sessions, classes and workshops to support a calm, healthy, functioning mind at home and in the workplace.
