Cecilia has Worked for 15 years in the industry at top Salons, weddings, and Red Carpet events. She has training in American Crew, make-up artistry, airbrushing & eye lash Extentions. So, she decided to open her own Salon, Bella by Design LLC. By doing so, she is accomplishing one of her biggest dreams and continues to grow her talent and clientele.
