En prenant rendez-vous, je prends pour acquis que vous avez pris connaissance des informations ci-dessous & que vous les acceptez.✨ Je fais des poses d'ongles au polygel. Voici une description pour vous familiariser avec le produit: 🌟Le polygel, que l'ont peut trouver sous le nom de acrygel & polygel est un type de gel. Il prend les avantages de l'acrylique & du gel dans un même produit, d'où son nom que plusieurs vont utiliser: acrygel. Le produit ne coule pas, il ne bouge pas & il est inodore. Tout comme l'acrylique, pour être appliqué, le polygel a besoin d'être combiné à un liquide pour faciliter l'application. Également, tout comme le gel, l'acrygel a besoin d'être "durci" sous une lampe UV, LED ou UV/LED🌟 Étant donné que peu de personnes utilisent la technique de polygel, je ne travaille pas sur des ongles qui ont DÉJÀ de l'acrylique ou du gel. Lors de la prise de rendez-vous, il est requis de payer un dépôt de 30$ (non-remboursable) déduit du montant total du service. Pour payer votre dépôt, il vous faudra m'envoyer celui-ci sous forme de virement Interac à l'adresse courriel: totosnailroom@yahoo.com. Si vous annulez le rendez-vous 24h à 48h avant le jour du rendez-vous, il est possible de le reporter à une autre date (jusqu'à 7 jours). Un deuxième dépôt n'est pas requis. Par contre, si vous déplacez le rdv plus de 7 jours plus tard, il vous faudra payer un nouveau dépôt. Si vous annulez le rendez-vous le jour même, il est possible de reporter le rendez-vous. Un nouveau dépôt sera requis. Vous ne pouvez pas changer votre service le jour de votre rendez-vous, vous ne pouvez pas changer l'heure du rendez-vous le jour même (à moins d’avis contraire). Si dans les 3 jours suivant votre pose d'ongle, des défauts apparaissent (ongle cassé, ongle décollé, diamant tombé, etc) il me fera un plaisir de les corriger gratuitement. Après la garantie de 3 jours, les réparations seront à vos frais. Tout retard de 10 minutes ajoutera 10$ au total du service. By booking an appointment, I take for granted that you have read the informations below & that you agree with them.✨ I work with polygel. Here is a description to familiarize you with the product: 🌟Polygel, which can be found under the name of acrygel & polygel is a type of gel. It takes the advantages of acrylic & gel in the same product, hence its name that many will use: acrygel. The product does not "run", it does not move & it is odorless. Like acrylic, to be applied, polygel needs to be combined with a liquid to facilitate application. Also, just like gel, acrygel needs to be cured under a UV, LED or UV / LED lamp. Since not many people use the polygel technique, I am not working on nails that ALREADY have acrylic or gel. When booking an appointment, it is required to pay a deposit of 30$ (non-refundable) deducted from the total amount of the service. To pay your deposit, you will need to send it to me as an Interac transfer to the email address: totosnailroom@yahoo.com. If you cancel the appointment 24 to 48 hours before the date of the appointment, it is possible to postpone it to another day (up to 7 days). A second deposit is not required. On the other hand, if you move the appointment to more than 7 days later, you will have to pay a new deposit. If you cancel the appointment the same day, it is possible to postpone the appointment. A new deposit will be required. You cannot change your service on the day of your appointment, you cannot change the time of the appointment on the same day (unless otherwise stated). If in the 3 days following your nail appointment, defects appear (broken nail, loose nail, fallen diamond, etc.) I will be happy to correct them free of charge. After the 3 day warranty, repairs will be at your expense. Any 10 minute delay will add a 10$ to the total service.
