I've been going to Ryder since it reopened and am quite happy with the personal training that I get there. I would recommend it highly to anyone wanting to tone up or wanting a little exercise therapy for problem areas.
Today’s workout was great. John had us try some different exercises. John’s approach to training keeps you interested and looking forward to what’s coming next. You are never in a humdrum cycle as John mixes things up so you aren’t in a rut of same ole same ole... we highly recommend Ryder Fitness to anyone who wants to be fit and live longer. John is not just a personal trainer, but has become a good friend, someone we trust.

I was comfortable with both the assessment and the cleanliness of the Training Center. In the midst of Covid-19 they are doing everything that they can to keep a clean environment to work out in. I look forward to my sessions there.

Great workout today
I have been working out with my sister and today was a lot of using our own body weight excercises. It was tough but we pushed thru and at the end we were glad we did it.
