Thanks to Eddy on the Video call I love my new Stunner Step Thru. I bought the Stunner because I wanted a bit more power and torque than the eBike I had last year. I sure got both in the Stunner ST. In fact the powerful acceleration was a bit more than I expected and needed. Eddy very efficiently programmed my P.A.S levels to smooth out the acceleration. Very comfortable now suited to my preferences but I can see why most riders probably prefer the more aggressive acceleration. Thanks again Eddy.
I had narrowed my choices down using the website but I was unsure about which of three models would be best for me. Ryan was able to show me the different models up close and discuss which would suit my riding needs the best. I now feel very confident in my choice and can’t wait to get my new bike!

Ryan was amazing at showing me how the sizes of step-over vs step through would seem for me. I am 5'11 so I really just had to add about 2" of height to visualize how it would fit me. Definitely a great experience, would recommend (and to those booking an appointment, add 30mins to your start and end time as a buffer if you are scheduling in a spot where you have free time between other scheduled things... these guys are busy as you would expect such a great company to be during these times.)

Truly Canadian experience, we began talking about the weather then my friendly guide walked me through the specs and we discussed the suitability of the Skycap to my needs. We then moved on to the showroom where I saw the bike in detail and shipping and assembly questions were answered. Good bits of advice were offered such as ride the bike for a while before your accessorize to make sure you get what you want. I was shown a number of seat options and had some cost factors explained. Motors were discussed and explained. I was shown accessories I was interested in on other bikes in detail down to the bolts. I was told that a tech would walk me through assembly if I required that. All and all a satisfying experience with a fellow well versed in the product.
I purchased the Stunner X and ride with my husband on a his electric TREK. After noticing the Stunner X has way more tork & power when I started pedaling, I decided to talk to Biktrix about how to dial back the power to get more exercise pedaling. Biktrix scheduled a conference, I ordered their special programing cable and the issue was fixed. Now I ride along side my husband and get great exercise with less power. This is a GREAT bike with extra power or not - I LOVE IT!!!

We just got finished with a virtual tour with Ray Belhummer. Boy, did he ever steer us in the right direction! I am 5'1' and he directed me to the perfect bike for me: Stunner X. He understood our circumstances and steered both of us to bikes I think we are going to love: they will fit our sizes, our usage and our budget. Thank you Ray. Can hardly wait to get our bikes.

Waited for 10 minutes but no one showed up. Someone called after 16 minutes to see if I still wanted to have the call but I didn't have time. Not impressed.

It was great to ask some questions and see the physical bike especially the handlebar shape as that is not that visible on the website. Unable to answer some technical questions though.

Video showroom worked well and Ray answered all my questions as well as guided me to right choices on options for my new Juggernaut. background noise was a little distracting but we managed.
The Virtual Demo was very good. All my questions were answered. Ray and Christine were both well versed in the differences between the various models. They helped me understand correct sizing for my wife, went through workings of the sensors, told me what I wouldn’t need an optional cable I thought I would and a lot more. They gave me as much time as I needed. Thanks for a great job. I was impressed.

If you are on the fence as to if you should buy a Biktrix bike, I highly recommend scheduling a virtual meeting with them. Ask for Ray. He was outstanding.
We are looking at a few ebikes right now. Ryan gave us a great overview and spent time to answer all of the remaining questions on three bikes today. We hope to try a few Bixtrix bikes shortly.
I wish I didn't have budget constraints so that I could go with all of Ray's recommendations! I was unsure about spending so much without even sitting on the bike but Ray covered most of the questions I had before I even had to ask. I'll be placing my order in a couple weeks(budget reasons) feeling confident not just in the purchase but that I will have support if I need it.

We have had a horrible experience with Rad Power Bikes with lack of info to lies or the worse miss informed phoe reps. Our first human rep with Biktrix was so diff we regained buying confidence and motivation to purchase the style of bike's we want in a timely fashion. The new 2021 SKYCAP is a well designed product and is very useful for all of our needs for off road use. So do ur researching and buy BIKTRIX
The virtual tour was excellent, I was able to see the bikes I was interested in and ask questions regarding sizes and features. What really helped was actually talking to and seeing a real person, and being able to get advise live! Most of the time it was I would be emailing back and forth questions I had. Great feature and service.

I found that the virtual bike tour was very informative and thoroughly covered all the questions I had. I was able to see different models of bikes, and the various features. I highly recommend taking the tour. I am sold on this bike. I just don't want to tie up $5000 until its ready to ship at the end of April as its the middle of February now. Suggestions: It would be nice if you could make up a chart that would give an estimate for the bikes' performance, specs and specifically for my interests; range. I have seen the charts out there on the web so I know that they exist taking in consideration of different weights, wind, hills, speed, pedal assist level etc. I just get tired of bike companies posting their max amount of bike range.

Christina and Ray were fantastic! super knowledgeable about the product, friendly and informative. Video was a little jumpy at times but that was probably just from moving the camera around too fast. Overall a wonderful experience.

This was my first ebike purchase. There were various LBS here that carried various brands but none of them really wowed me. I was curious about Biktrix but didn’t have anyone local that could demo the bike, so I took a chance based on all the positive feedback and how active Roshan (the owner) is answering questions on social media. I got a Juggernaut Ultra 1000 and the bike is awesome! The power it has gives me confidence in its capabilities to take on any of the roads or paths I ride on. The bike was shipped securely and you can tell the components are of good quality. One piece of advice I give anyone is to buy the largest battery you can afford. It cuts down on the range anxiety on any electric vehicle. I have nothing but positive things to say about the service and support I’ve gotten from Biktrix! They get back to me within 1 business day with any questions I have. My support rep Real has been excellent and patient with my many questions. They recently added scheduled video calls which I just used when I had questions with my new bike. That was a step up for me in terms of being able to schedule a time when we are both available. I love my bike so much I ordered the step thru version for my wife less than a week after I got mine, so I am already a repeat customer. :)

First contact ever with Biktrix was a video call. Had questions about the different models and thought that this would be a good start. The experience was top shelf. Kristina and Ray were fantastic, answered all of my questions, gave me a good tour of the showroom. Will be purchasing a bike from them very soon.
I have not yet purchased a bike(s) from Biktrix as of yet, BUT if their eBikes are anything as good as their customer support is it's got to be a AWESOME bike!! I have been in contact with the Biktrix customer support team about getting a bike to fit me and my wife's needs and they have all gone above and beyond to help us out! Just super people to work with! Thanks you Biktrix team!! (And by the way, we will be buying our bikes through them soon =)
