I have a personal business that has become overwhelming due to my tight full time work schedule and demanding personal life. I had the pleasure of working with Jakia to organize my business. During our meeting Jakia was a great listener as she allowed me to identify my challenges. She then strategized a plan with me to help me confront my struggles. After our meeting she sent me a well mapped out customized plan that she developed to fit my needs along with an inventory checklist to help me keep track of my products and supplies. Jakia’s empathy and knowledge about being organized made it easy to speak openly about my challenges. I would highly recommend Jakia’s services no matter where you are located, I live in South Carolina and she lives in Maryland and we were able to connect virtually and develop a successful plan.
I was introduced to Sole Organizer by way of Instagram and it has been a pleasure working with Jakia ever since. I recently signed up for the 'Organize Your Business with Sole' class. I not only learned how to improve my business but took some personal lessons away as well. We covered everything from the infamous To Do List, productivity, financials, website review and much more. Jakia went as far as to review my online store and give me personal feedback. There was so many takeaways but I'll list my top 3 for now: the work log which could later be used for a business loan...brilliant idea, keep your to do list short....it takes time build a masterpiece, and declutter your website if needed & really engage with your customers. Overall it was a great experience. Working in corporate America and running a business is a lot of work but this course really put things into perceptive. For me personally it was a reminder that "I got this!" Overall Jakia is great at presenting a clear concise message for all of her customers. She is also great at responding quickly!!! You can tell she's a hard worker and truly has a passion for what she does. Jakia presented a class on organization at our Miller branch. She is an excellent presenter who provided our customers with invaluable information about how to get (and stay) organized. Her presentation is entertaining, informative, and positive. She answers questions with consideration and thoughtfulness. We are grateful that Jakia has volunteered to share her skills with customers at our Library!
Jakia is phenomenal! I've worked with her to declutter and reorganize multiple spaces in my home. And each time she does a wonderful job. She's also very kind and considerate of my organization failings, she never loses her cool or judges me. She just keeps it positive and keeps it moving. I'm so glad I met her and she's changed my home and the way I live in it, remarkably.
Working with Jakia was a joy. She is a very hard worker and efficient at what she does. She communicates well and has a written plan for your space explaining exactly what she is going to do. My office feels so much better now. It was like a cloud was lifted. For years it was stuck in a pattern of clutter that I couldn't get out of. Now everything has its place and is easy to clean. Jakia has a real talent for organizing and I am very grateful for all her assistance.
Working with SoleOrganizer to organize my office space has been game changing and life altering, to say the least. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive to allow someone to 'rummage' through my years of piled up personal documentation that I quite honestly didn't know what to do with. My feelings of shame diminished very quickly, as I was assured that organizing my space was a judge free zone. It quickly became a great learning opportunity. We worked very closely together and I was able to explain my vision for the space as well as my need to become more organized. We went on field trips to find proper storage, labeling and organizational materials for my space. I felt that these field trips allowed us to work together collectively to execute a fully operational, well organized work space. I now know where to find my documents as there are labeled files to place them in. I am now more proactive in storing or discarding of various documents as I receive them instead of sitting them in a pile. Overall, my expectations have been far exceeded through this experience with SoleOrganizer. I would recommend anyone who is ready to make a change and become more proactive with maintaining their space to take the time to get Sole Organized. The well informed tips and tricks shared through my organizational service are life long jewels that I hope to share with others. Being just a little bit more organized has given me so much more peace of mind, especially when it comes to carrying out my business, bill pay, doctor's appointments, etc. Thank you for the experience!
