I have been teaching mindfulness and movement in Oakland, CA since 2010. My inclusive approach is guided by my personal journey through chronic pain and finding freedom through gentle movement, proper alignment, and honoring experience as it is; building strength, flexibility and awareness. Additionally, I have been designing and facilitating restorative circle practices since 2017, and have witnessed deep connection, shared wisdom, trust, and healing through this process.
