From a desperate Google search that thankfully resulted in Sebastian's website Mingling Minds. I took a chance and made an appointment that has truly changed my life for the better. I can't begin to Thank Sebastian enough for his genuine care, support and professionalism whilst working thru a private battle of what I now realize was Panic Attacks that where taking a huge toll on my private and professional life. I contacted Sebastian in late 2015 after trying many things to prevent or at least contain my IBS symptoms which had got to the point that I was questioning almost everything I ate. I now have very few symptoms, if any, and can eat a wide variety of the healthy foods that I had always enjoyed prior to my IBS issues. I have been working with Sebastian for over 12 months. He has helped me tremendously to deal with anxiety related issues. Hypnosis is only part of the solution as he also covers the theory behind how the mind works.
