Raychel was phenomenal! SO knowledgeable. My curls have never looked better.
I can't express how happy I am with our first visit! My 12 year daughter who is half african american and half hispanic has spiral curls that have gotten curlier and more dry as she's gotten older. To add to the dilemma of how and what to do with her hair, she has tighter curls on the crown of her head and looser silky curls on the bottom. So finding a good stylist that knows how to cut her curls in its natural state was very difficult! I had tried an African American stylist, a Brazilian stylist and of course a regular straight hair stylist. Every one had cut her hair wet which didn't work for her because once her hair dried, the curls tighten and shrunk differently = bad uneven haircut. I had miraculously found this salon and had made an appointment with Kara. Immediately upon meeting us, she was the most friendly and warm person!! Made my nervous daughter feel at ease and well taken care of! We felt that Kara was extremely knowledgable in curls and their individual styling needs. I had tons and tons of questions for Kara about what to do and how to take care of the curls after we leave and she was very patient with my questioning and gave me so many tips and advice, that I took 2 pages of notes to ensure I remembered all of the great info! We are definitely returning to Kara for all of our future curly hair needs!!! Kara was amazing!!
This team of professionals is phenomenal! So many years of experience, education, training and camaraderie makes for the perfect team to work on your beauty needs. I would trust anyone here to work on my hair and/or skin and have a fun experience too!
The site says that curly women's cuts start at 90$ Granted I only need a cut 1,2, or 3 times a year at most. But it turns out that there are other stylists that start at a lower price. I think 55 or 65$ Anyway, don't let the $ put you out. Evan at 90$ it's worth it to have curly hair I can manage for the first time in my life!
