The Designated visiting area will be in the gazebo to the left of the building. Currently we are only doing visitation on Tuesdays for B-wing and Thursdays for C and D wing. We are also doing Saturday afternoons. Please remember the following: Being that there are many family and friends that would like to visit, and we want to accommodate all our residents, for now we must limit one visit, per resident, per week. • Visitation will only be in the designated area • Visitors must be screened before the visit; temperature will be taken, and you will be asked to sign our visitor consent form. • Please reschedule if you are experiencing symptoms or you have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 2 weeks. • You must wear a face covering. • You must stay 6 feet away from your loved one (we know this is hard, but you may not touch or hug yet) • There is a limit of two guests per visit. • Visits will be 15 minutes. • Food is not permitted at visits. • Visitors may bring water for themselves, but they may not share with the residents. • No visitors are allowed inside the facility, this includes for restrooms. • All visits are weather permitting. Rain / thunderstorms, extreme heat etc. will result in canceled appointments. We will reschedule with you at a later. • Residents who are currently Covid positive, those who may have been exposed (PUIs) are excluded from outdoor visitation. • New admissions/readmissions are excluded from outdoor visitation until 14 days post admission. • You will be unable to visit, if you have been in the following states in the last two weeks: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Nevada, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah
